Just looks like little imperfections to me, nothing I’d worry about

If you have ruled out pests… light damage and water- it’s just life getting to them ❤️

I’m fairly new to plants, I’ve been treating with a spray I bought online because at first I thought the issue might be pests but even after weeks, they show up, I’ve noticed it’s not just this plant , but some of my other ones as well

Hmmm. Check them all for back or red dots under/around the leaves, webs and or movement in the soil. If you really want to - take them in the shower and give them a good (soft) spray ALL OVER and then let them drain. That’s what I do with all plants I bring home - just as a preventative.

Inside YouTube a lot for tips/tricks because strangely there are so many c vs arables based upon where you live etc.

Good luck 😁
