Does the little pot (cup) have drainage? Did you repot it recently? Is the soil wet?

Yea I repotted it recently. it has a lot of drain holes and the soil is damp

Try a more chunky soil I would add more pearlite at the most frugal point, but you can up it with orchid bark and a little bit of sand.
