Hi everyone! This is my baby rubber plant. I have them on my desk, which is located in front of my window (southwest facing). I recently noticed their leaves started looking like what you see in the photo. I’m not exactly sure what the problem is. I usually water them once the soil feels dry. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like it’s getting stuck when putting out new leaves. Could be a humidity issue or not enough light. Once I moved mine under a grow light it started thriving and flowering. They want all the light they can get!

The light in my house was not enough since I live in MI

I would suggest more light. Mine does the same when it’s too dark.
