Definitely a fungal infection. Sounds really bad since its all over your garden. Good luck man

This looks like bright. You can treat it with a fungicide usually. Follow the directions closely, as the treatment isn't a one and done

Fungal infection. Be sure to wear disposable gloves and disinfectant tools/hands to prevent spreading to more plants. 🪴🍀
