Of all my babies.. this is my problem child. I dont know how to help/save it.

Can anyone give me some info on this?! 😫😫😫

2\. \*\*Watering\*\*: Keep the soil consistently moist, but not soggy. Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. When watering, avoid letting water sit in the center of the plant, as this can cause crown rot. Water around the edges of the pot instead.
