# Please tell me these are not fungus gnats. I put these traps in…

Please tell me these are not fungus gnats. I put these traps in because I was seeing some of these teeny bugs flying around, but I thought they were just gnats in general. Now I’m not so sure…🤗💚🪴

Those look like fungus gnats to me, luckily your trap is working well!

Drat! I was hoping those were only regular house gnats, but suddenly there were just too many of them, so that is why inquired. TXS for your reply. What would you suggest as the best way to get them out of my house, once in for all!

Just bought four more of those electronic, blue light traps from Amazon. Plus, I guess I will use some BT. Do you know if there is anything such as liquid BT that I can put in their normal water? Regards. 🤗💚🪴

Look up on google “death drops” from Happy Happy Houseplant- those are the only ones I know of :)

I have also heard that you can mix hydrogen peroxide into your water when feeding the plants. I’m not sure of the ration or if it will affect some plants negatively though

I think sticky traps, letting soul dry out between watering (they will die off) and there’s some sprays or water add ins like death drops I’ve seen good reviews on (haven’t tried myself tho). I’ve always been using one of those blue vevo plug ins in the wall and they are attracted to that and it also helps with other flying bugs  
I’m no pro so I’m trying all of the different things too, solidarity 🤞🏻💪🏻
