I see you have a tray, but I'd try misting every few days. Is it in direct light? Or under a grow light? . #### Chrissyさんが2025-03-10に返信しました I recently added the pebble tray thinking it might be humidity and I mist it several times a week. It is in an east window now but I moved it from a west window. Would a grow light be best? I have me varigated under a full spectrum grow light and they do well. They seem to like a good amount of light, but I had to slowly add hours ON to the light. I will add one to this plant and see if that also helps. I am also planning to repot it this spring. Do you have any recommendations for soil for this one? The mix I have a lot of my plants in, or is the base that I ammend further... is Foxfarm Ocean(or any soil you like, if i use straight soil, i add worm castings.), orchid bark, perlite, pumice(or akadama) , gypsum (for calcium), charcoal. It can vary, but that's the usual. I need to actually figure out the Parts, because I generally just eyeball it. I'm almost out, so I will do that when I mix up some new media. #### Wolfen 🐺さんが2025-03-11に返信しました If you don't want to mix, I also really love Sol Soils. And the hardware store near me just started carrying it. They also have the huge perlite i love. I like the idea of making my own. I would love the amounts of each when you get it.🙂 What hardware store do you shop at? We own an ACE Hardware store and since this plant addiction started a year ago I’ve been amazed at what we can order. I just don’t know enough about all of it yet. I have been using Foxfarm Ocean and it seems like really nice soil. What brand is the perlite you love? I’ve been using miracle grow. The next closest are Lowes and Home Depot and then an Ace way up the next city over. But I'll go threw all of them when spring comes in and they get in new plants lol. Sol soils has the #4 perlite. Its just in a tiny bag. Like if i had a normal amount of plants its be fine 😆🤣. GrowIT, sells a good #4 in a 4cuft bag. For regular course perlite I get the PVP Industries. I don't hate miracle grow, I use their regular soil, I've used their perlite (again a small sized bag thou) I have in the past used their tropical blends, but their media mixes are just SO peat heavy, and they just lead to hydrophobic media after awhile, if not staying too wet, even when i anmended with perlite and bark.... You know I take that back, I DO hate their cactus blend 😆 it's WAY to much peat. I prefer sol Soils gritty mix or jacks gritty... anything that doesn't have peat really. The Fox Farm does have peat in it, but its not overwhelming, and I've never had it lead to hydrophobic media. I found making my own was really helpful, cuz once I had the components, I could make any type of media I needed, from cactus to tropical to bog and its more convenient #### Wolfen 🐺さんが2025-03-11に返信しました I'll be sure to figure out the parts and let you know #### Wolfen 🐺さんが2025-03-11に返信しました I would literally kill to be able to order from larger suppliers 😆 🤣 I have done wholesale orders with overseas and here, but its a lot! And I can't always come up with 200-400 dollars in plants that I want from a particular supplier. #### Chrissyさんが2025-03-13に返信しました I checked both of our main suppliers and neither has sol soils so I might have to get some from Amazon. Maybe ACE will cary it in the future. Our store doesn’t sell plants…yet. 😂 We have suppliers but not the right set up or employees to take care of them. And I have 100 at home to take care of already.lol I put this girl under a grow light and will keep misting her. Thanks again for the info! I love talking with other plant people!🪴 #### Wolfen 🐺さんが2025-03-13に返信しました It's a smaller company, so they may be selling direct. I was really surprised to see it. That makes sense, setting up plant care and scheduling employees for it can be difficult. And you kinda gotta weigh, cost analysis for plant death and discounts for any not doing well. You could mitigate some with less sensitive plants.
