A lady gave me a cutting of variegated albo monstera and I really can't care the thought of losing her, can anyone tell me what this is and how to fix it? I can't tell if it's rust fungus in the first picture but am trying to keep from freaking out because my favorite leaf of hers is the one in the first photo

To me it just looks like a scuff. Like what happens to mine if I try to intervene when a leaf unferls weirdly
