# I’ve been struggling with spider mites! They were all over my palm,…

I’ve been struggling with spider mites! They were all over my palm, and now they’ve spread to my strawberries, lemon tree, and a few other plants. Help! I tried spraying them, using soapy water, and making sure to get both sides of each leaf but they keep coming back. What’s the best way to get rid of them?

Consistency is key with spider mites. You have to spray nearly daily until they are gone. I’ve found that neem works quicker than soapy water.

you could also add lavender oil to the neem spray ! they hate the smell

I’ve rinsed mine very well with cold water first. It rinses the bulk of them away so the insecticide works better
