Hello! My mosntera was unfortunately over watered and as you can see from the before and after photos ive tried to salvage what's left of the beauty - any tips?? ive since added more drainage, watered less and have fed her some plant food

It would be less stressful to start with a new one and apply the lessons learned.

Oh no! Leaving her to sit in the soggy soil is a move that leads to a slow death. The condition of the roots is what you need to check. If they are not rotted or damaged, you could try repotting to a smaller pot that has an appropriate if soil with added drainage and allowing it to dry completely in between waterings. I hope she bounces back! 🤞🏽

yes she's been repotted with new soil in the same pot, i did this about 2-3 weeks ago and her health has remained the same but she doesn't look unhappy so ill wait it out to see if she starts to grow new shoots

I agree that a small pot might help. Hopefully it'll recover, but it it starts to look like it isn't, you could chop and prop for a last ditch effort to save it
