# Hi! I noticed these spots on my rose leaves and worried it was black…

Hi! I noticed these spots on my rose leaves and worried it was black spot so I removed all of the leaves from the bush and treated with anti-fungal spray. The leaves just began growing back so I treated it again with anti-fungal as a preventative measures and noticed these spots again. Are the spots just a reaction to the fungal treatment? Or is this actually black spot? Thanks in advance from a new gardener!!!

If you’re spraying chemicals, from experience I would recommend to let the chems sit for a bit then rinse the plants clean. Especially if it’s during prime sun time. If possible, avoid spraying and watering during prime sunlight hours! I’ve burnt one too many plants by leaving chemicals on them for too long 😭
