# Any thoughts? My friends snake plant has these spots. I’ve never seen…

Any thoughts?  
My friends snake plant has these spots. I’ve never seen this in a snake plant. I don’t believe it’s over watered, she knows they don’t need a lot often. It doesn’t get a ton of light but I don’t think it’s TOO bad…. Might repot it to see what the roots look like, but thought I’d ask here if anyone has come across this before.

It might be a fungus  
I would cut off the infected parts and use a small amount of rubbing alcohol on the wound

I had a similar issue with my whale fin plant and found this method worked

And I would also keep an eye on their other leaves as well
