Pests and treatment?

I just noticed pests in one of my plants. They seem to be coming out of the soil. I have included some pictures. Does anyone know what it is and how to treat? I also have other plants and I do not want it to spread 😞

Any advice would be greatly appreciated 💚

Most likely spring tails, they’re beneficial.

If not, you could duck your plant and dawn dishwater, and that would help, but it would kill the beneficial bugs which is the downside of it.
