# Before I put the support in, this cactus was continuing to lean back…

Before I put the support in, this cactus was continuing to lean back until it began folding on itself (see bends in picture one). I stopped watering, put an extra light on, and stood it up in hopes it recovers and the only change I have seen is the stems splitting. Is continuing not to water the best course of action or should I do something else?
