Help! What is this white stuff on the stems of my Jade Gollum? It’s like a fine dust and comes off with the lightest touch. There’s some on the pot too (a day after watering), but none really on the leaves. Mildew, minerals, mites, or something else?

Looks like powdery mildew to me. You can wipe it off with a q-tip or paper towel soaked in isopropyl alcohol. Hope this helps!
