# Does anyone know what I could do to get my bird of paradise back to…

Does anyone know what I could do to get my bird of paradise back to her former glory- (the blue pot photo is about 6 months ago ) when she had a lot of leaves and then they all browned and died so I cut them off and she kept growing up but no new leaves. She is in a spot that gets nice indirect light and her pot has drainage and I always let her dry out a bit before watering.

Mine has been dramatic too. I feel like I cut more leaves than it gives out. LOL  
When’s the last time it pushed a new leaf? I’m learning that they definitely want to stay a little more moist than many other plants, and though some debate this, they love bright direct light. Mine’s in my brightest spot. ☀️🌿
