Found this dying spider plant at work, was sadly potted in a decorative pot w no drainage  
:( is this a lost case, or should I try to repot and rehab her ? How can I help her

Spider plants are resilient. It can recover. Change the soil to get rid of too wet soil on the roots. Place it in the new pot and wait a day to water if the roots are wet when you change the soil. Add fertilizer to the water. Let the soil completely dry out before watering again. 🪴🍀
