It'd be easier to tell once it unfurls. Sometimes it's watering, deficiency, low humidity, or even sport coloring

I've had this happen often when I take cuttings and propagate them. I think its pry just a bit if shock from a change in its conditions. The next leaf is usually fine. Thats what has caused it for me anyways.
