Just got a monstera from the store, she’s looking a bit sick. She has brown and yellow spots everywhere. Anyone know what I can do to help her out a little bit?

The brown cuts look like it was mishandled. The brown edges looks like it was damaged as the leaves opened.  
Check for pests. Let the soil dry out. It looks like they overwatered at the store which happens often.  
Move to bright light. Fertilize.  
Water when the soil is almost completely dry. 🍀🪴
