Houseplants are expensive.

If you’re good on humidity, light, and fertilizer it might be the watering schedule? Infrequent or overwatering can cause browning/yellowing. Are you able to rule out root rot? Also adding Silica for plants as needed when watering can help with maintaining variegation.

If this is happening out of nowhere for sure inspect for pests. Hopefully it’s not thrips

The white turning brown in highly variegated plants is pretty much normal. You can help avoid the issue with a silica supplement.

The new growth looks smaller and smaller. Can you confirm? If so, the area is too dark for the plant and the white parts are being sacrificed. 😭

I have it on a high shelf but it’s not near the light so I’ll probably move it and try getting it more humidity

Needs light
