# Monstera deliciosa It has been struggling for a while with yellow…

Monstera deliciosa

It has been struggling for a while with yellow leaves  
Drooping and was too big a pot. I was able to fix it all and it’s finally growing but I noticed that black part on the new leaf. Do I need to fix it or do something about it or let it unfold?

Also I want to attach D shape moss pole to it. Do you think it’s doable right now? And where?

If you recently did all this recently it's probably still recovering. Once it unfurls you can nip off the brown. And keep an eye out for anymore forming. I wouldn't worry about a moss pole until it stabilizes. But also until it starts sprouting a fair amount aerial roots.
