# Hello, friends! I got this lovely bromeliad from Trader Joe’s awhile…

Hello, friends!  
I got this lovely bromeliad from Trader Joe’s awhile back but only recently downloaded Planta. I’m starting to notice these yellowish and rusty spots on the leaves. Am I watering her too much?  
(The buildup is from hard water - I’d appreciate any advice you might have on that as well 😁)

Idk about the brown spots but you should pry start watering with distilled water if you want to avoid the hard water residue.

Bromeliads die after blooming, as long as the plant has health pups growing, it’s totally normal
