# I just purchased this Alocasia and "mini monstera". The Alocasia…

I just purchased this Alocasia and "mini monstera". The Alocasia seems to have some root rot. I think the mini monstera does as well but not as much. I've never had either of these before what is the best way to treat this and encourage new root growth? Also what is the best soil mix? I'm trying to find some information online as well. Thanks in advanced!
