Ive recently noticed my plant has been getting these brown marks on it. Can anyone explain to me what is happening and how to fix the issue?

Usually brown marks are either, under watering, over watering or root rot. It can also mean it’s needing fertilizer. I would check the roots first to see if any root rot is going on, if roots are fine I would water my plants in fertilizer. I hope this helps
