Should I trim for now and repot in the warmer weather?

I have a few questions before I can help. Are those new leaves, or random leaves? Are the damaged leaves all super close to each other? How often do you water?

Random leaves and are in close proximity. The most damaged ones are all stemming from the same cluster. I only water when soil is completely dry all the way to the bottom (I check with chopstick).
