My swiss cheese plant is dying ☹️ i repotted it immediately after i got it because it was so root bound and separated them into two. the first 3 pic is the one that's taken the biggest blow. the last pic is the main/bigger plant , which is also slowly developing yellow leaves. it's been a week and i haven't watered them since because i have no idea if that will make things worse or not. what should i do 😭😭

This looks like root rot. You need to take it out and cut off mushy/dead roots spray healthy roots left with peroxide mix. I have this monstera that grows like a weed. Mine is in a plastic pot with drainage holes and I swear mine likes to be root bound. You may need a chunkier soil mix as well. I use perlite and orchid bark with a bit of soil.

oh nooo :( can i still use the soil that it's in right now after i cut off dead roots? and are you sure it couldn't just be a shock from repotting and a new environment ? could it be not enough light ?

Not if it’s root rot. I’d use fresh soil. I guess it could be but I’m kinda doubting it with how heavy and thick that new pot looks. Mine have never done well in anything other than plastic nursery pots and mine is about 6 feet long lol. Maybe check for pests as well when you’re checking the roots.
