I am trying to keep some house plants alive and bought this app to help, but not sure what is going on and what to do with this Lemon Lime Dracaena. I thought it first was overwatered since that’s what the app diagnosed it as and then I put it under a grow light - now I have more spots. Any suggestions?

Could be sunburn. Make sure the grow light is not too close. The other possible cause could be a fungal infection. You can purchase antifungal sprays for plants in garden centres or online.
