Jade plant issues

My jade plant started getting spots on the leaves a couple of months ago after doing well for a long time. At first just a few but in the last month it has spread fast and doubled in the last month. Still getting new growth that looks good. Any ideas?

I thought a type of scale at first, I can only zoom on the center. Can they be scratched off at all, or is it the actual "leaf" browning and flaking? possibility of a pretty bad fungal or bacterial

It can be scratched off but has definitely damaged the leaf below. I tried neem oil. I was wondering if it might be a fungus or scale. Any ideas for treatment?

Neem doesn't work well on scale or fungal. A 1:3 mix of peroxide to water, sprayed on every 3 days(at least 3x) wold work better for fungal. If you dont have a fungicide on hand.

For a marketed fungal i prefer Growsafe or Physan-20
