# Hey all still learning how to take care of this plant lol What is…

Hey all still learning how to take care of this plant lol  
What is causing the leaves to crack?  
No pests, I keep humidity between 55-60% (just upgraded my humidifier)  
I haven’t nailed down watering as I let it go a little too dry last time but am trying my best to tell when it’s dry vs wet. Just repotted Saturday because it was rootbound

Any ideas why it’s cracking? One looks like it may be turning yellow as well :(

Am I still letting it get too dry? I use Mollys aroid kid so I am having a hard time determining dry vs wet soil- but I got a clear pot when repotted last

The cracking looks like physical damage -the leaf got bent or something. Is it cold where you are? The yellowing could be it getting too cold next to the window.

What plant is this?

Yes it’s been very cold except the last couple days! This is a philodendron billietiae
