what in the world is happening to my zz?? discoloration on the leaves, white/dead spots and what looks like nibble holes, as well as yellowing tips while still maintaining happy waxy stripes along the stems. she has recently been moved to a slightly shadier spot. she has tolerated my neglectful watering well until now. pests? disease?

she actually was previously under a grow light for quite some time, yes, but i would expect more leaves in the same path of light to show symptoms, right?
