Can anyone please tell me what is going on with my plants and how to fix it? I know that the monkey mask needs a repotting but is there anything else I can do to help it.

Is the other one a philodendron? That pot looks too big for the plant.

The monkey mask would do well with a pole/stake to climb. Also, the cache pot is also too small. When they are tight like that, it creates issues with air flow to the roots.

I can’t see the soil very well on either. Both would like a mix that is chunky to allow more air flow throughout.
