Looks like a fungal infection. Are you misting the leaves directly?

Sometimes I do yes.

That’s probably what caused the infection. Alocasias like high humidity but not wet leaves, if you want to increase humidity try using a pebble tray or humidifier

Is the fungal infection going to affect the rest of the plant?

I’d stop misting, and see if it stops spreading. If it starts to spread rapidly, I’d remove the leaf. Sometimes fungal infections can spread quickly. Just keep an eye on it.

It shouldn’t but if you want to be extra safe you can cut that leaf off now with clean scissors

Misting your plants isn’t a great practice. I don’t recommend
