Hi! I’ve been noticing some blemishes and also yellowish leaves on my snake plant. Any tips to resolve these problems?

The blemishes, I can't help you with. Do you have a cat maybe that scratches at it or something? But the yellowing leaves could be overwatering. Those plants can stay dry for a long time they do not like to be overwatered at all.
