I need opinions. This is Nesty my nesting fern. Are these regular spider webs or something more sinister 😖? She lives outside so I know she’s dusty and has hard water spots 🙂‍↔️

could be spider webs or spider mites! i would spray her down with some kind of insecticide \& keep her in quarantine for a while

Eeek definitely spider mites  
I usually cut the leaves that have webbing as they are a pain  
You can also wash your leaves very well every day. I found this helped, too
