Looks like you may have overwatered; check the roots for root rot and maybe a repot. If the roots are too far gone.. it’s game over sadly.

I repotted mine with cacti and succulent soil, I also added some gritty shaly sand and mixed it up.i only water when the leaves feel soft. Cut off all dried foliage. It likes light but not direct sunlight.

You need to plant in cactus soil which is basically sand with gravel and a tiny amount of potting soil . Remeber these plants natural habitats . 🙂
