I’m not sure what to do with this leaf or what it is doing. Please help!! I just got it maybe a month ago it’s bottom half of the pot is lecca and I don’t really know how to work with lecca. Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Try not to do half and half’s , if your gonna have soil the pot needs holes, if you wanna do full leca the plant will struggle a bit because it’s soil roots will shed to make water roots

I agree on avoiding a mix of soil and leca! The yellow leaves signal overwatering, so seems like the soil and leca combo is holding too much moisture
