Noticed some mystery sprouts in my turtle shell plant. I just repotted it into this little bird pot and there was no plant in the pot before. What is this???

If you used an all-purpose potting mix, it might just be from that. Those often have little seeds in there.  
Or, if your pots are outside, the wind can carry seeds that nestle themselves into your pots

A bit too young to tell exactly what kind of plant it is, but you should let it grow since you already have it lol.
