# Hallo! Guten Morgen allerseits, I really need a second and third…

_Posted by Salem Owen on 2026-01-25_

Hallo! Guten Morgen allerseits,
I really need a second and third opinion on my Pothos, Bradley.
I am of the opinion I have accidentally given Bradley Nitrogen burn. I’m not entirely certain as the physical symptoms as seen below is only close to the top of the vine but nothing on the bottom. I must be certain before repotting him in all this cockamamie weather! This Texan is disgusted with all the frozen precipitation littering the ground.
I appreciate any and all advice.
Scheiß auf ICE!
-Salem

moin! this does appear to be nitrogen shock, unfortunately. pothos are hardy though, i've repotted them at all times of year (before i knew better), and they always spring back. viel glück!

Run water through the soil for a few mins to flush out the fertilizer
