Does anyone know what's causing this? I got it a few months ago from someone and the leaves already had these spots. Every new leaf unfurls with the spots. Last pic is of the newest leaf. I check constantly for pest and theres been no signs of any so I don't think it's that but I've been treating it as precaution. It originally was in leca when I got it and wasn't sure if it wasn't liking the leca so i transfered it to soil and it's still happening. I'm lost

Possibly a leaf spot disease. I don't know much about it but what I read was good watering practices, air circulation and sterile tools are advised for leaf spot.

It could be low humidity. Increase humidity near it. That can help prevent dry spots especially on tender new growth.

It could also be edema where cells get too full with water and burst leaving a pock mark or dry spots as the burst cell dries out. 🍀🪴
