# Hello! My step mom gave me a bunch of cuttings of her plans back in…

Hello! My step mom gave me a bunch of cuttings of her plans back in December \& my Monsteras have been particularly sickly looking… what is this \& what should I do/not do?  
\*\*\*For context, I separated the Monsteras before they were potted based on root growth. The second picture is one of the plants I separated from the main one. It’s been brown like that for months but hasn’t gotten worse.
