# Anyone have any idea why my swiss cheese plant’s leaf is turning…

Anyone have any idea why my swiss cheese plant’s leaf is turning yellow? The other leaf to the left is curled but has always looked that way, and the rest of the plant is bright green. Watered about 8 days ago

I definitely have a hard time telling what these guys need sometimes. Have you felt the soil? Is it dry?

Top two inches were dry. I just watered again. No root rot

That’s good! What kind of light does it get?

Indirect, about 5 feet from window but gets good light in afternoon. Just moved closer to the window

Also does that pot have drainage?

i would suggest repotting, sometimes when the roots may have room they still “suffocate” themselves.. which can cause yellow leaves. if that doesn’t work cut that leaf off \& see what grows back \& take it from there!
