Is something eating my plant?! I have been noticing a lot of ladybugs lately, could they be doing this?

Ladybugs are predators, so likely not. I am not sure if that's a ladybug or their invasive lookalike, nor do I know if that makes a difference in this situation... But that looks like mechanical damage to me. How's your humidity?

Oh okay! could be been moving plants around a lot lately and kinda low, I need to run the humidifier more

I fear that may be an Asian lady beetle, rather than a ladybug. My mother in law has them and they eat holes in her plants.
