Was wondering if I should remove the lower 2 leaves? Or the half leaf to help my plant focus on new growth?

Those leaves are still contributing to photosynthesis, think of them as little solar panels that help energize your plant. It would be best to keep them on, the more energy your plant has the more new growth you’ll get 😁
