Over watering ? I can go a month+ without watering my snake plant !

How do I solve this? Do I need to repot or anything?

I would personally try neem oil and let the soil dry out longer between waterings

I’ve learned what neem oil helps to dry out the actual plant vs the soil, like cacti !
