The white ones look like thrips. The barnacles are scales, hopefully the soft shell kind that are easier to remove.

Wash off the thrips with a strong water hose spray preferably over hot concrete or far from the other house plants. They are normally treated with insecticidal soap or neem oil.

Wipe off the scales with a soft cloth or paper towel. You might have to gently scrape them to get them off. Some can harden like a sea shell. The babies are under them. You may have to wipe twice.

Check a few times each week for their return and treat.

I’m not sure if staghorn ferns are sensitive to any insecticides or insecticidal soap. Check online before applying. 🪴🍀

I’ve used a diluted isopropyl alcohol on a fern, but it is not a staghorn, and it keeps the scales under control. But repeat applications are needed. Like maybe once a week to two weeks as routine maintenance. I also heavily washed and scraped any scales I saw off
