# I had a nearly identical issue with this same plant this past March…

I had a nearly identical issue with this same plant this past March and Jan. Originally I feared the worst, but considered perhaps I’d accidentally dripped fertilizer onto the leaves.

In each past case, the decaying progressed and I removed the leaves. Pest? Fungus? I’ve ruled out damage.

These two are the most recent issues and began with a strange sheen you may be able to see in the third photo of the same leaf back in mid July.

Thank you for any advice you may have if you’re familiar with or have experienced this.

Dec 22, 23 - I forgot to take the photo before misting, but hopefully you can see this advanced case with the extensive yellowing.

I had Just misted it with a fungicide.

any sign of spider mites? these are very susceptible…

Thank you 🪴  
Haven’t seen any S.M. or their webbing and I’ve treated several times for pests and fungus.

Except for the 2 or 3 leaves affected in each incident all other leaves are or have been unaffected.
