i've noticed they tend to do that as they get taller. i don't think it means anything in particular

If you are watering correctly, from your pic, I would say it looks like lack of bright light.

There’s a grow light right above it

I’m just giving you possibilities. But there are many types of grow lights. Some are much stronger than others. These three are under 40 watts of grow lights for 12 hours every day plus they get a few hours of indirect morning sun.
