I made a lot of mistakes with this baby Persian lime tree. Basically I didn’t let her hibernate properly and then repotted her a little aggressively (she had soil heavily compacted around her roots). I got root drops and eased off on the grow lights, but I worry she’s past the point of no return. Do you think she can rally??

Listen, my Persian Lime has survived a severe spider mite infestation, and two winters outside with temps in the teens. All of her leaves dropped, I had to cut back so much dead growth, and she still popped back! I haven’t gotten any flowers since the trauma, but she’s indoors now with a bright window and she looks better than ever.

All that to say… these plants are TOUGH! If you give her the care she needs she will definitely pop back!
