I have spotted these white dot like specks on my zebra plant leaves. How can I fix this?

Do they look like little cotton critters? Could be mealy bugs

Do they move? Try wiping and see if it’s easy to rub off or if it smears or moves. Hopefully not spider mites 🤞or else it’s just ur water residue or dust

They don’t move and yes the look cotton like.
