Anyone have any clue what’s happening here? Just noticed it today.  
(I’m sorry the photos are such bad quality I tried my best- the second one is the underside of that leaf)

It looks like it has a disease or not getting enough sun.

It’s right in my windowsill so definitely getting enough sun, what sort of disease would you think as I’ve never seen this before 😅

I don’t know. But remove that leave and watch that no other leaves start doing that.

It doesn’t look like a miniature rose to me. Because I had a plant identical to this and I never could identify it’s name on these sights.

I don’t really know my roses to be honest so I just went with what it said on the label, got it from tesco 😅
